🛍️ Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In its original packaging

    • With tags or labels intact

We do not accept returns on:

  • Clearance/sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@jutadekho.co.in or call/WhatsApp +91 8810215695 with your:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if needed)

  2. Once verified, we will:

    • Arrange reverse pickup (if available in your area), or

    • Share the return shipping address

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to:

    • Original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)

    • Or via UPI/Bank Transfer for COD orders

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • Free reverse pickup if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For all other reasons, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
